Meet Our Inspector
Hello, I am Roger Lee Holman, owner of Holman Property Inspections, LLC. I have been a licensed Home Inspector since 2015 and have completed close to 4,000 inspections. Before working in property inspection, I worked as a licensed pest control applicator for over ten years. I am also a 5th-generation Brick and Stone Mason, previously working alongside my Dad. He taught me a lot about everything, and a little about nothing.
I didn’t have an inspection for the first house I bought, but I wish I had! There were so many things that I overlooked. Let me help you avoid the same and give you peace of mind for your upcoming purchase.
If you hire Holman Property Inspections, I’ll be the one doing the inspection. You will receive a comprehensive, detailed report, complete with pictures, via email, the same day as the inspection.
And, there’s no need to schedule a separate termite inspection as I can provide that service, as well.
